The product features a shell constructed using highly abrasion-resistant 600 denier Carbolex polyester fabric, with 1680 denier ballistic polyester used in the elbows. The Aqua-Barrier under-the-helmet hood helps eliminate seepage while riding (U.S. patents #8,156,573 and #7,779,485) and hides under the collar. The newly designed CE-approved Armadillo armor is featured in the elbow and shoulder, with a revised articulated triple-density back protector.

The waterproof, breathable Rainguard barrier provides protection, while the Pipeline venting with pinch vents allows for ventilation when open and waterproof protection when closed. A total of 11 intake and exhaust vents ensure maximum air circulation. Accordion stretch panels in the back and elbows enhance flexibility and comfort.

The Phoslite reflective protection helps increase nighttime visibility, and the microfiber-lined collar and cuffs add to the comfort. Adjustable sleeve take-up straps at the forearm and bicep allow for a custom fit and help secure the elbow armor.

The removable thermal liner provides additional warmth when needed. The jacket features a zippered chest map pocket, fleece-lined hand warmer pockets, an internal pouch, a mobile media pocket, and dual zippered fanny packs. Adjustable waist belts with TPR pulls help fine-tune the fit.

An 8-inch jacket/pant zipper attachment with a pant side is included, allowing the jacket and pants to be connected. The waterproof front bellows cargo pockets and collar anchor provide additional functionality. The durable ESO two-way main zipper closure with a dual wind flap ensures a secure and weatherproof fit.
